It is also 100% gluten free, with the gluten free black rice tortilla also available for the classic and IQ burrito ranges. “Our Power Burrito really defines Zambrero’s commitment to innovative healthy choices that brings completely new products to the quick service restaurant industry. We have spent over two years and tested 136 recipes to develop a super food black rice tortilla that is gluten free.
