PAFU is a sweet, fluffy, and light apple puff pastry, which also translates to puff. Priced at $4.20, the pastry is filled with locally-sourced ingredients including custard and Fuju apple.
Its first store location will be at QV, Melbourne, Shop 1-034 and is designed by T-A Square Artchitects.
