Pizza Capers kicks off loyalty campaign
Aside from the national surprise, the brand will highlight its new Spaghetti & Meatballs Pizza.
Pizza Capers general manager Sunny Olak said the campaign will commence during the first week of December and aims to recognise the brand’s top ten customers across each store nationwide, rewarding them with a family pizza night.
The campaign will leverage the brand’s world class customer relationship management software to recognise and reward its top ten loyal customers from each store across the entire franchise network.
“We want to go above and beyond for our customers and show them that we recognise their ongoing passion for Pizza Capers as their pizza restaurant of choice. There is a significant edge to be gained through sophisticated customer loyalty marketing and we want to take this opportunity to meaningfully increase our customers’ lifetime value,” Olak added.
“Spaghetti Bolognese is such a classic dish; home cooks generally have a meal repertoire of up to 15 meals with Spaghetti Bolognese being the most popular in Aussie homes. So we have taken inspiration from this broadly loved comfort dish to create this new pizza and campaign,” Olak said.
The personalised family pizza night invitations are set to hit letterboxes of selected loyal customers from the 4th of December, inclusive of a free large Spaghetti & Meatballs Pizza, Classic Garlic Calzone and 1.25L Drink with their local Pizza Capers store.
