Domino's releases statement on Precision Tracking litigation

Find out what the company secretary, Craig Ryan, has to say regarding the issue.

"Domino's Pizza Enterprises Limited notes recent media coverage concerning legal action between DPE and Precision Tracking Pty Ltd.

Last week, DPE became aware of new information obtained on subpoena that cause DPE to believe its confidential information had been misused.

Yesterday, DPE successfully applied for and obtained leave from the Federal Court of Australia to amend its claim and defence to cross-claim. The amendments include a new claim for break of DPE's confidential information and the joinder of Deivery Command Pty Ltd, a party related to PT. The consequence of the amendments to DPE's pleadings is that the Court has adjourned the current hearing to a date to be fixed, Not expected to be before July 2018.

DPE denies all claims made by Precision Tracking and is vigorously defending the proceedings brought by PT."
