Zambrero opens in Bullring & Grand Central
It will have a 580 sq ft space.
Mexican-inspired, quick-service restaurant, Zambrero, is opening in Bullring & Grand Central in Birmingham.
Located on the Bullring’s middle level, the 580 sq ft space offers a relaxed dining ‘Feel Good Mex’ menu, with a focus on fusion flavours and modern superfood ingredients which gives a contemporary twist on freshly prepared Mexican favourites such as burritos, bowls, tacos and nachos.
The new restaurant will also have Zambrero’s social value initiative, ‘Plate 4 Plate’, whereby for every burrito or bowl purchased, a meal is donated to someone in need through its partner, Rise Against Hunger. Zambrero has delivered over 78.5 million meals internationally to date through the scheme and now Birmingham locals can help support Zambrero’s goal of donating 1 billion Plate for Plate meals by 2025.

“We’re thrilled to be opening in the Bullring, which is such a vibrant destination in the heart of Birmingham and are looking forward to being a part of the local community. We’re excited to be introducing modern Mexican food to The Bullring so customers can enjoy freshly prepared meals that are made just the way they like it. And by simply enjoying our food, customers will also be supporting our mission to help end world hunger through our Plate 4 Plate initiative,” Emily Teh, UK Chief Executive Officer at Zambrero said.
