How popular are meat pies?

According to BIS Shrapnel, in the last 2 months, 40% of fast food/snack consumers consumed meat pies. Significant differences are noted between gender (men are significantly more likely to consume than females) and age. Those aged 60+ are more likely to consume meat pies than those aged between 18-49. Similarly, those who are retired are significantly more likely to consume meat pies than those who have full time employment.
