Sandella's Flatbread comes to Australia
The American fast casual restaurant chain has over 130 stores worldwide.
Another restaurant brand serving sandwiches and pizzas is making its way to Australia.
Sandella’s Flatbread Cafe announced that it is opening at least six stores in Southeast Queensland by mid-2019, with “more earmarked later in the year.”
“We are excited to be able to bring our family business to Australia and especially Queensland. We have already commenced building our stores in Caboolture and Kallangur with others opening in Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast and Glass House Mountains shortly after.” founder Mike Stimola said in an announcement.
Sandella’s menu items include made to order wraps, salads, panini sandwiches and pizzas. Stimola says they will provide an improved and modified menu “with an Australian twist”.
Founded in 1994, the chain’s 130-plus-store global network includes outlets in Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Dubai.
