GOPIZZA Global CEO to speak at QSR Media’s Australia conference

Jay Lim will showcase how he made AI and kitchen technology work for his brand.

Jay Lim, the Global CEO and founder of AI-powered pizza brand GOPIZZA is joining the QSR Media Conference & Awards 2024 as one of the international speakers.

GOPIZZA is a quick-service pizza brand that first launched as a food truck concept in South Korea. It serves rectangular pizzas, perfectly shaped and portioned for individuals.

The brand uses proprietary technology like its parbake though that enables faster preparation time for the pizzas. It also created what it calls the GOVEN, a special high-temperature oven that could cook the pizza in minutes. GOPIZZA also uses an AI smart-topping station that is connected to the cloud. It uses facial recognition technology that identifies the user and their level as operators. For beginners, the topping station lights up to indicate the right toppings and the cameras in the table also identify if you have put enough toppings and correct the staff member if needed.z

Jay will talk about how AI and other food technology enabled his company to grow to 200 strong across different markets like South Korea, Singapore, and India.
