Guzman y Gomez announced it is opening its latest store in North Melbourne’s Flemington Road on 3 February.
This will be the chain’s 20th restaurant in VIC, and follows a recent hiring spree where they offered over 4,000 jobs.
GYG currently has over 150 restaurants in Australia, Singapore, Japan and the United States. Founder Steven Marks previously told QSR Media he envisions the chain having about 600 restaurants domestically.
