
SpudBAR taps Josh Powell in menu overhaul
This is in celebration of its 25th year.
Loaded-potato chain SpudBAR has brought in Josh Powell, former head of menu innovation at Grill’d, to overhaul its menu.
This initiative marks SpudBAR’s 25 years in the business.
The refreshed menu lineup includes the returning Butter Chicken, Chicken Parma, and Tuna & Avo.
Also new is the Power Bowl range—lower-calorie, high-protein meals, such as the Chicken Power Bowl on sweet potato and the Lean Beef Power Bowl on a white spud.
