Schnitz recreates classic Parma with a Mexican twist

The new dish will only be available for a limited time.

Schnitz is launching its new Mexican Parma and Chips in a bid to hop in on the Mexican culinary trend.

Available until 8 September, the new dish is a twist on the classic parma, made with hand-crafted schnitzel, salsa, jalapeños and chillies all topped with melted mozzarella, sour cream and smashed avocado. The dish has both its traditional and spicy flavour profiles.

The Mexican Parma is also served with Schnitz chips as the ultimate side.

The new dish is available to order in restaurants, via the Schnitz app, online or via delivery.
