Banjo’s Bakery Cafe announces new permanent menu change
The new menu will be available starting today.
Banjo’s Bakery Cafe has announced that it will add the Pulled Beef Brisket, Jalapeño & Cheese Pies to its menu permanently after achieving a record-breaking 51,157 in sales in six weeks.
Originally launched as a limited-edition winter pie, the flavour-packed brisket creation smashed sales records and outperformed every other speciality pie Banjo’s has trialled before, cementing its place on the menu.
The brand said that every brisket pie sold is enough to form a 5.12 km pastry line, enough to stretch across the Sydney Harbour Bridge more than four times.
The Pulled Beef Brisket, Jalapeño & Cheese Pie is now available for $8.50 at all Banjo’s Bakery Café stores across Australia.
