Lebanese pizza brand OOSHMAN to celebrate World Manouche Day

The brand will be giving away free pizzas on 2 November.

OOSHMAN, formerly known as Manoosh Pizzeria, will celebrate World Manouche Day on 2 November by giving away free Lebanese manoosh across its 19 locations in Sydney and ACT.

From 12 PM to 1 PM, across all stores, customers can enjoy a free manoosh by ordering online and using the code OOSHMAN at checkout.

Manoosh, also known as manakish, is a Lebanese flatbread topped with various ingredients like za'atar, cheese, or minced meat. Its doughy base and customizable toppings draw parallels to pizza, making it a Middle Eastern counterpart. Both dishes feature a baked crust with flavorful toppings, highlighting the universal appeal of flatbreads across different cultures.

OOSHMAN started as a Lebanese bakery in Enmore, NSW back in 2008. It has 19 locations across Sydney and ACT.
