Zeus Street Greek sets up shop in Westfield, Sydney
The brand announced the launch of Zeus Street Greek Westfield Sydney, opening its doors on Monday 18 July.
The location will be the eighth store to open since Zeus Drummoyne launched in June 2014.
The Zeus Westfield Sydney menu has been designed with the purpose built, bespoke souvla machine at the centre. The trademarked souvla charcoals quality meat over volcanic rock resulting in tender, caramelised protein for Pitas, Nudes and Spartan Boxes.
The Uncle ‘Tzimmy’ pita with slow-cooked chicken, pork or lamb teamed up with tomato, tzatziki, onion, paprika and chips wrapped up in a toasted pita is available, as well as the make your own Zeus Spartan Box - Zeus signature chicken pork or lamb, served with Aegean slaw, tzatziki and pilaf.
The protein driven menu will also be complemented by a selection of signature Salads and Sides such as the Feta and Oregano chips, chips topped with crumbled feta and seasoned with oregano, and the Saganaki Salad of cos, radish, chickpea, kefalograviera wafers dressed with tahini.
The new Westfield Sydney outpost will host a Zeus Free Feed on opening day between 12 - 2 pm. A selection of complimentary Pitas and Spartan Boxes will be on offer, with $2 for each meal being donated to the Refugee Council of Australia.
“At the heart of Zeus is a sense of sharing and we are thrilled to be able to continue sharing the Zeus philosophy, Zeus Westfield Sydney is a very exciting step for us,” said co-founder Costa Anastasiadis.
The space has been brought to life by the team at Otto Design Interiors and features a fresh, casual, and visually enticing design, conveyed through the punchy colour of the turquoise set against the traditional metallic colour of the brass and warmth of the timber.
