Zarraffa's Coffee in search for flagship NSW store franchisee

The specialty coffee chain is set to open at least 11 more franchises throughout Queensland and NSW in 2012.

Zarraffa’s Coffee said a drive thru site in Fairfield, on Smithfield Road west of Sydney City, will be the company's flagship location in the NSW capital.

“Finding the right franchisee to operate this new store, in a high traffic location, is similar to a marriage where they need to fit seamlessly within our corporate culture and use the successful business tools and high quality product to leverage an exciting business opportunity,” said CEO Kenton Campbell.

He said moving away from traditional shopping centre locations to more suburban retail sites and developing a successful drive thru store model has been critical to their plans.
