Milky Lane targets $100m valuation following 26 site expansion plans
The group has partnered with Royale Hospitality for its national rollout.
Burger chain Milky Lane has signed a national master franchise deal agreement with Royale Hospitality to roll out more than 26 new venues across Australia, its largest expansion deal in history.
The expansion will take the network to 35 stores nationally and the company’s valuation to over $100m.
The group is targeting Queensland, with Toowoomba and the Sunshine Coast officially confirmed to open in the coming months, along with Townsville, North Brisbane, and Ipswich. By 2027, Milky Lane plans to debut in Melbourne.
Founded by Christian Avant and Shane Fitzgerald, Milky Lane is a viral cult burger chain that serves burgers, cocktails, desserts and an immersive dining experience that blends food, music and pop culture.
