The Bavarian continues NSW expansion

The chain is opening new outlets in Maitland and Wollongong.

Rockpool Dining Group (RDG)-owned The Bavarian announced will open new stores at Stockland Green Hills shopping centre in east Maitland on May 29 and at Wollongong Central shopping centre on May 30.

Its Green Hills branch accommodates 400 guests, including outdoor seating for 150 diners, whilst Wollongong Central serves 330 guests, including 100 seats outdoors.

RDG chief executive officer Thomas Pash said he was thrilled to be expanding the company’s NSW footprint and bringing The Bavarian, and jobs, to Maitland and Wollongong.

“We’re targeting new recruits who live locally, know the area, the community and will have a good rapport with customers,” he said.

The new stores will bring the The Bavarian’s current outlet network to 31.
