Potter is one of Australia's most outstanding retailers and entrepreneurs, popularly known as the founder of Eagle Boys Dial-A-Pizza which successfully became Australia's and New Zealand's largest privately owned pizza company.

He has since moved on from Eagle Boys and busy with his new franchise venture, Crusty Devil Bakehouse. In addition, he also serves as board of several QSR companies, including Brumby's and Burger Urge.
