Clean up stubborn soils with KAY® QSR Super Contact Cleaner
A solution for hard to clean equipment and areas from Ecolab.
KAY® QSR Super Contact Cleaner is a specialty product from Ecolab which works to breakdown grease for easier clean up. The cleaner is used as a pre-treatment for difficult, baked-on grease or as a general degreaser in hard-to-reach areas. Soil can be easily wiped away with a sponge, cloth or paper towels, after five to ten minutes.
"Cleaning angled surfaces such as oven interiors and the inverted areas of grill and oven hoods is a consistent challenge for the foodservice industry," said Jesse Whitehead, Vice President of Marketing, Ecolab Global QSR.
Using a global and patented formula, the product requires less scrubbing than other cleaners. Andrew Hampton, Area Manager - ANZ of Ecolab, explained that "the cling does the work for you making it easier to clean vertical surfaces. The product is also a non-corrosive formula making it safe to use for team members."
Adding, "[it] cleans hard to reach surfaces; Tight, angled surfaces that can’t be reached by tools; [And] can be used as a pre-treatment on fresh or tough baked on soils."
The cleaner can be used on baking pans, cold ovens, grill hoods, racks, fry baskets, and oven hoods. It also has restorative uses on polished stainless steel, FRP panels, table top laminate, sanded grout, aluminium surfaces, and Corian®.
