
Deliverect expands kiosk solution to Australia

Deliverect has launched its self-service kiosk solution in Australia, following the acquisition of Tabesto in 2024.
Features include real-time menu management, multilingual support, and loyalty program integrations, allowing for a consistent and personalised customer experience across multiple locations.
The Australian launch follows the kiosk's introduction in the UK and is part of Deliverect's broader strategy to expand its omnichannel offerings globally, building on its acquisition of European kiosk innovator Tabesto in late 2024.
In its UK launch, restaurants utilising the technology saw ticket sizes soar 32% within a few weeks. Further, early customers noted a 17% reduction in average order time, whilst 50% of kiosk orders included an upsell and 38% contained at least one paid add-on, a powerful combination that lifts revenue while reducing operational pressure.
