Sushi Jiro opens largest sushi train in Queensland
The sushi train is 115 metres long and can accommodate up to 171 guests.
Sushi Jiro opened what it calls as the ‘largest sushi chain’ in the southern hemisphere which spans approximately 115 metres and can accommodate 171 guests.
In its first venture interstate, the Japanese quick service restaurant has expanded its national presence, opening in Brisbane at Westfield Chermside, and on the Gold Coast at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. These prime locations were chosen by Sushi Jiro due to their vibrant shopping culture.

“The demand for high-quality Japanese cuisine in a casual, down-to-earth environment is evident, and diners are seeking experiences that are new and exciting. We aim to fill that niche with everything Sushi Jiro does, offering unique dining experiences each and every time,” Anna Kasman, CEO of Sushi Jiro said.
Sushi Jiro currently has 25 restaurants across Victoria and Queensland.
