Sushi Izu launches standalone concept in Summer Hill

The brand has also partnered with Humpty Doo Barramundi.

Sushi Izu will open its first standalone concept on 22 January 2025 in Summer Hill, NSW.

The Summer Hill store offers a diverse menu of both hot and cold dishes. The menu includes a variety of sushi staples, including Inside Out Rolls, Hand Rolls, and Nigiri – all made with premium ingredients. The brand is also launching its first Made-to-Order Poke Bar. The store will also feature an array of hot food Japanese dishes, along with drinks and salads.

In addition, Sushi Izu has also partnered with Humpty Doo Barramundi to launch exclusive products. Signature dishes include Crispy Barramundi Inside Out Rolls drizzled with Sushi Sauce, Aburi Barramundi Nigiri with zesty Yuzu Kosho and Yuzi-inspired Barramundi Ceviche.

On opening, Sushi Izu will offer $2 hand rolls, with customers getting a chance to win a Sushi Platter.
