Korean fried chicken concept Buza eyes flexitarian market with cauliflower bites range
The upstart concept is eyeing more franchises across VIC and other states.
A Korean fried chicken franchise in Melbourne is looking to get a bigger bite of the vegan, vegetarian and flexitarian markets by selling counterparts made out of cauliflower.
Buza announced a new range of crunchy cauliflower bites available in four flavours: soy smoke, original, sweet & spicy and snow cheese. It is currently available in their Melbourne Central branch.
The concept positions itself as being able to offer people the choice of boneless or bone chicken and then their desired level of spiciness. Buza also boasts a portfolio of Korean offerings, including buckwheat soba noodles and specialities such as Miso Jjigae, Hot Pot Bibimbap, Kimchi Fried Rice and Tteok Bok Ki In Bowls.
Buza currently has two CBD locations in Melbourne, but is eyeing more franchises across the state and nationally.
