Urban Burger extends ‘Blue Cheese and Bacon Burger’ offering
It will be available until the end of August.
Urban Burger kicked off their Burger of the Month promotion last July by bringing back their ‘Blue Cheese and Bacon Burger.’
Halfway through the month, the brand discussed the possibility of extending the promotion period of their debut burger for another month. They have been closely watching the response of their customers on the new product, which continued to smash their targets.
“We had to ask ourselves if our customers were ready for the promotion to be removed in 2 weeks. We decided they weren’t so we looked at what we could do to extend it,” said Emma Keyte, Franchise and Marketing Manager of Urban Burger.
As positive feedback from their customers kept on coming, the brand then decided to extend the promo for another month, up until the end of August.
“While it is still a limited time offer, we wanted to be able to give more of it. We didn’t want to take it away from its fans too soon and saw no point in moving something on that was working,” added Keyte.
Urban Burger also revealed that the next burger lined up for the Burger of the Month promo is the Lambziki burger, which will be introduced this coming September.
The brand also shared that discussions are currently underway on extending the promotion to a two-month period, if the upcoming new recipes will receive the same success as the Blue Cheese and Bacon Burger.
