
The Coffee Club unveils new items for breakfast menu
Four new bruschetta options have been introduced to the brand’s all-day breakfast menu.
The Even Better Bruschetta options have been designed to appeal to various tastes and include two vegetarian options.
Minor DKL Group Marketing Manager Greg Bowell said that this new product selection follows a range of successful limited-time-only dishes.
“We’ve seen breakfast trends towards poached eggs and haloumi, and have taken this on board when designing our new Even-Better Bruschetta range,” Bowell said.
“Bruschetta is one of the most simple yet flavoursome dishes in the Italian repertoire, and is always a popular choice from The Coffee Club menu.”
“It seemed like the natural progression to celebrate this popular dish by making a substantial meal of it and adding a selection of robust breakfast ingredients to suit all tastes.”
The four new bruschetta options are:
- Haloumi & Poached Egg: toasted ciabatta bread drizzled with olive oil and topped with bruschetta mix, rocket, haloumi, a poached egg and basil pesto dressing
- Mushroom, Spinach & Feta: toasted ciabatta bread drizzled with olive oil and topped with spinach, balsamic roasted mushrooms, bruschetta mix and crumbled feta
- Chicken & Mustard Mayo: toasted ciabatta bread drizzled with olive oil and topped with rocket, bruschetta mix, grilled chicken breast marinated in a mustard mayonnaise and dressed with a corn and dill relish
- Bacon & Poached Egg: toasted ciabatta bread drizzled with olive oil, topped with bruschetta mix, rocket, bacon, a poached egg and basil pesto dressing
The Even-Better Bruschetta menu offerings are priced starting at $11.90.
