Yum! Restaurants International to share its expertise on product development at the QSR Media Conference
Fritz Meyer, Chief Food Innovation and Technology Officer at Yum! will join the panel discussion on " Innovations in Product Development."
Responsible for all KFC SOPAC technical activities, Meyer has assisted the chain in its efforts to innovate its menu offerings.

The last year alone, KFC launched the Bacon & Egg roll and announced the expansion of its breakfast offerings, which includes hash browns, donut sticks, brekkie-themed Chicken Twisters and coffee.
Recently, it also announced the return of the Double Burger, featuring bacon strips, two slices of cheese and BBQ sauce, sandwiched between Kentucky fried chicken fillets.
In addition, Meyer and his team have spearheaded KFC's efforts on reducing the salt content of a number of its products, investing a significant amount of time and research into developing salt reduction initiatives.
