Eagle Boys Eyes March minute madness!

Web-based countdown promo ran for 5 days.

Eagle Boys, the pizza chain recently ran a web-based promotion this week aimed at “encourag(ing) more people to become part of the Eagle Boys family while engaging with local store communities across Australia”, according to Head of Marketing Kate Pettiford.  The competition ran for 12th to 16th March.

People who sign up to receive notification of the special deals via the Eagle Boys website will then have the opportunity to purchase discounted pizza offers for a limited period of time. As Pettiford explains “Our website will have a countdown showing how long until the daily Mad Minutes offer is revealed, and the countdown will then show how much time you have to place your order before the deal expires... the ordering time will vary from between 29 and 90 minutes... People who are subscribers, and fans of our Facebook page will receive a special sneak peek of the daily offers before they are released to the rest of Australia...Our IT team members have been put through their paces and are expecting some very high internet traffic”.
