Grill’d adds chicken to Oscar Piastri burger range
This coincides with an extended sponsorship deal with the Melbourne-born Formula 1 driver.
Grill’d has launched a new Oscar Piastri-themed burger nationwide, priced at $18.90 for a limited time, ahead of the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix.
The release coincides with an extended sponsorship agreement with the Melbourne-born Formula 1 driver.
“After the incredible response to the first Oscar burger, we wanted to go even bigger this year, adding a new chicken option,” said Simon Crowe, founder of Grill’d.
The Oscar Piastri Chicken Burger includes a chicken breast on a charcoal bun with bacon, cheddar, carrot, lettuce, avocado, onion, chipotle mayo, and Davidson plum barbecue sauce, sold in new branded packaging.
Grill’d is also offering an “Oscar Piastri Chicken Pack” for $27.90, bundling the burger with snack chips, iced tea and a chipotle mayo dip.
The partnership is also moving into supermarkets, with an Oscar Piastri Wagyu Burger ($18.90) and bundled pack ($27.90), available at Coles from 11 February for a limited time.
Each pack includes an OP Chipotle mayo sachet and is available for $12.
