Carl’s Jr. Australia unveils nationwide freebies for Happiness Day
The restaurants are also set to adopt a yellow theme for the day.
Carl’s Jr. Australia will run a nationwide promotion on 20 March to mark International Day of Happiness, involving all 27 of its locations.
Restaurants are set to adopt a yellow theme for the day, with staff wearing yellow and stores decorated as part of an internal competition tied to the campaign.
The promotion includes a “Happiness Fund” at each outlet, which will be used to cover customers’ meals randomly.
Customers ordering through the MyCarl’s app or selected social media offers will also be eligible for free fries with a purchase.
Limited-edition pins will be distributed to staff and customers whilst supplies last.
The company is also running a social media campaign encouraging people to post what makes them happy using #InternationalDayOfHappiness, with 20 vouchers worth $50 each available as prizes.
