Muffin Break tops third consecutive Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction survey

The bakery café franchise is now in the lead to claim the Coffee Shop of the Year award.

Muffin Break topped Roy Morgan’s Customer Satisfaction surveys in February and March 2012 with a customer satisfaction rating of 89%. The only brand to increase its rating in April, Muffin Break finished Roy Morgan’s latest released survey with 91% of its customers ‘fairly’ or ‘very satisfied’ with the quality of service received at Muffin Break cafés across Australia.

Roy Morgan’s Customer Satisfaction Awards are based on the independent research agency’s ongoing single source survey of 50,000 Australian consumers and 22,000 business decision-makers. At the end of the annual survey, the coffee shop with the most number of Number One monthly ratings will be declared Coffee Shop of the Year.
