McDonald's announces new chief marketing officer

The fast food chain appointed Jenni Dill to the role of VP Chief Marketing Officer McDonald’s Australia.

Most recently Dill was Senior Marketing Director for PepsiCo Australia and New Zealand. She has 25 years of experience in marketing and sales management with a strong track record of business results and people development in various roles across Sydney, London, and New York.

"I am delighted to join the McDonald's team at such an exciting time,” she said.

“McDonald's is such an iconic brand and it is an honour to be part of the team shaping its future here in Australia. I look forward to delivering some outstanding plans and results."

“We have a very strong, diverse, and experienced marketing team and I am confident that under the leadership of Jenni we will continue to drive the 2016 marketing plan and accelerate our business momentum,” said McDonald’s CEO Andrew Gregory.

“Jenni’s fresh thinking and ideas will be a real asset to our existing people. We are fortunate to have such a successful marketer with such strong business and commercial expertise join the team.”

Jenni Dill will assume the role in May.
