Craveable Brands taps Josh Kilimnik as Group CEO

The appointment takes effect on 31 March.

Craveable Brands, the company behind Red Rooster, Oporto, Chicken Treat, and Chargrill Charlie’s, has appointed Josh Kilimnik as Group CEO, effective 31 March 2026.

He succeeds interim CEO Tim Fawaz, who stepped in following the departure of former CEO Karen Bozic in September 2025.

Fawaz will return to his roles as COO and CFO.

Kilimnik brings 28 years of experience in the quick-service restaurant industry, most recently serving as CEO of Domino’s Asia, where he managed seven markets and 1,700 stores during a period of significant growth.

He will be based in Sydney and plans to engage closely with Craveable Brands’ franchise partners and team members across Australia.
