Collins Foods appoints Newman Manion as executive director
He has been involved in the industry for almost 40 years.
Collins Foods announced the transition of Newman Manion to the role of executive director of the company.
Joining Yum! in 1982, Manion went on to the role of general manager of KFC New Zealand in 1988. From 1990 to 1995, he served as the development director of PepsiCo restaurants and was the general manager of KFC operations in Australia and New Zealand from 1995 to 2004.
His most recent role with Yum! was as vice-president, operations for Yum!’s Asian franchise business from 2004 to 2010.
