Chargrill Charlie's names new CEO

He was formerly the general manager at Grill'd.

Craveable Brands, owner and operator of Chargrill Charlie's, has appointed Scott Bradley as the new CEO.

Bradley joins Chargrill Charlie’s from Grill’d, where he played a key role in scaling one of Australia’s leading premium quick service restaurant (QSR) brands. 

During his tenure at Grill'd, he led major state markets, improved restaurant performance and strengthened operational discipline to drive significant national growth. 

Bradley also co-founded Yo-get-it frozen yoghurt bars, growing the frozen yoghurt network to more than 25 stores across Australia and China. He was also previously part of at Associated Retailers Ltd and Schnitz.

Meanwhile, Nathan Kelk, former CEO of Chargrill Charlie's, is now a senior director of franchise growth for Craveable Brands. Kelk will work closely with Bradley to support the growth of the business.

The announcement comes following a series of leadership reshuffles and appointments across the group and Craveable's various brands.
