Store openings set for Mad Mex

The projection is to have at least 40 stores nationwide by year end 2013.

Latest and upcoming store openings are: Warringah Mall, Westfield Warringah, New South Wales – opened 16 October; Belconnen, Westfield Belconnen, Australian Capital Territory – opened 12 November; Randwick, Belmore Road, New South Wales – opening 22 November; Queens Plaza, Queen Street, Brisbane, Queensland – opening 29 November.

CEO and Founder of Mad Mex, Clovis Young, said, “When we moved to Australia from California in 2007, we saw a gap in the market and wanted to give Australians the fresh and quality Mexican food they deserve.”

Young described their business growth as staggering and exciting and said they are looking forward to the next few years and beyond.
