Seoul Garden opens flagship restaurant at Chadstone
The menu features 50 hot pot variations and halal meat options.
Korean barbecue and hotpot chain Seoul Garden has opened its sixth restaurant and flagship location at Chadstone Centre.
The new venue, which proposed a new elevated dining experience to match its Chadstone clientele, also debuts Seoul Garden’s new Hot Pot offering.
The flagship features its dual-format all-you-can-eat buffet, with a choice between Korean barbecue or hot pot, with over 50 hot pot variations available alongside Seoul Garden’s signature 30+ halal-approved meat options. The menu includes premium beef cuts, including Wagyu, fresh seafood, traditional Korean specialities (Tteokbokki, Japchae, fried chicken), plus five house hot pot soup bases.
The restaurant's design features marble furnishings and a seating capacity for 130 guests.
“Consumer demand for premium Korean dining continues to accelerate, and our Chadstone venue is a direct response to that. This location allows us to broaden our offering with the introduction of hot pot, while consolidating our position as a market leader in authentic, experiential Korean dining,” said David Loh, co-founder of Seoul Garden.
