Noodle Box, Wokinabox announce the launch of Asian Restaurant Concepts

The merged brands of Noodle Box and Wokinabox announced their evolution into Asian Restaurant Concepts, which will be the new owner of the brands.

Asian Restaurant Concepts (ARC) is now the brand owner of the Noodle Box and Wokinabox QSR franchise operations, both nationally and internationally.

“Noodle Box and Wokinabox are market leaders in the Australian noodle-based QSR market and from today these brands will be overseen by ARC stewardship,” Chief Executive Ian Martin said.

“ARC develops and manages the growth of these franchise networks, successfully guiding profitable growth through the use of proven business models. We’re proud to be applying more than twenty years of knowledge and skill to support our growing network of franchise partners both here in Australia and internationally.”

Martin said that the launch of ARC is in alignment with the business’ original vision of being the first choice noodle-based QSR options for guests, the first choice in employment for team members and the first choice in successful business investment for franchise partners.

“We are focused on profitable and sustainable growth for all of our franchise partners – both here in Australia and internationally. As part of our support for that growth we are pleased to announce that the Wokinabox brand has already expanded for 2016, adding two new locations to the franchise restaurant system in Gillies Plains and Bolivar in South Australia. Noodle Box has several new greenfield restaurants imminently launching in Queensland, and has recently opened restaurants in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with plans for more."

“Wokinabox and Noodle Box are two distinct brands that will continue provide a wide range of Asian-styled cuisine to suit different palates – supported through product innovation and experienced franchise partner management,” Martin said.
