The goal is to double the number of Mad Mex locations this year to 30.
In March 2012 alone, three stores will be opened: in Cronulla, Newtown, and Subiaco in Western Australia.
According to Mad Mex, each store location has been targeted for their demographics, foot traffic, convenience, and on the back of customer demand.
