Lone Star Rib House & Brews eyes opening 10 new locations
It confirmed to open stores in South Australia and New South Wales.
Lone Star Rib House and Brews said it targets to open more stores in 10 new locations, with several stores confirmed to open in late 2022, which includes Gilles Plains and Munno Para in South Australia (SA), and Marsden Park in New South Wales (NSW).
This comes as the restaurant generated growth within its current locations. It also seeks to enter Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory, as well as additional locations in regional and metro NSW and SA.
Gary Blyton, general manager at Lone Star Rib House & Brews said the franchise saw growth in the past 12 months.
“We have a very loyal customer base, which is testament to the value of our offering, the creativity of our menu and our focus on exceptional customer service, which remains consistent throughout each of our franchises,” he said.
“The past year, we have placed a large focus on developing our bar range with locally sourced craft beers, cocktails, and wine to ensure the brand remains relevant,” he added.
Lone Star Rib House and Brews have 12 locations across NSW and SA, and nine stores across Western Australia and Queensland.
Its menu items include eight-hour slow-cooked ribs, Southern Style fried chicken burger, and Golden Carolina spiced chicken wings. The restaurant also serves vegetarian options and salads.
