
Kudu to launch Australian sushi chain in the Middle East
The brand plans to open 40 locations by 2035.
Kudu has partnered with Australian sushi chain Sushi Sushi to open 40 restaurants in Saudi Arabia by 2035, marking Sushi Sushi's debut in the Middle East region.
The brand is set to open its first restaurant in Riyadh this October.
Sushi Sushi has partnered with Kudu Company, one of the biggest Saudi restaurant operators in the region. It owns the fast-food chain Kudu that specialises in serving burgers and sandwiches, with over 350 locations.
Sushi Sushi is one of the biggest sushi franchise restaurants in Australia. Founded in 1998, it is known for its affordable Japanese cuisine. The brand has over 150 restaurants
Previously, Sushi Sushi partnered with FranGlobal, part of Franchise India Group, to expand into India.
