QSR MEDIA: What makes you excited about your position?
Bruce Feodoroff: I have been working in the baking industry since I was thirteen, so it’s safe to say I’m passionate about baking! Being able to work with our Franchisees and bakers and help them make their business the best it can be is what motivates me in my role as Operations Manager. My corporate experience in previous roles enables me to assist franchisees and internal staff in making sound business decisions, and my experience as a Baker enables me to connect with our Franchisees and give them the best possible insights into their business.
QSR MEDIA: What 3 goals are you focussed on?
Feodoroff: My biggest goals at the moment is to continue developing Brumby’s Project Evolution in Australia and New Zealand, a really exciting project that is revolutionising our brand. My consistent goal is always to train and teach Brumby’s Franchisees using my knowledge and past experiences to ensure their business is a success, and my personal goal is to keep learning new skills to develop my career within the baking industry. Even though I’ve been baking all my life, there is always something new to learn!
QSR MEDIA: What long-term changes are you planning on?
Feodoroff: As Brumby’s continues its rollout of Project Evolution there are going to be some exciting transformations across our network, and I’m excited to bring our innovations and new product lines to our Franchisees.

Feodoroff: Effective communication, integrity and passion.
QSR MEDIA: What previous positions prepared you for this one and how?
Feodoroff: My career has been in baking industry so every position I’ve held since I started working has prepared me in some way for my current role. I’m a qualified Baker and Pastry Chef, and after running my parents bakery chain I owned my own bakery, then moved into the corporate world holding sales positions with The Manildra Group, supplying flour to national franchise systems like Brumby’s and assisting in product development.
