Zambrero makes BRW Fast 100 list

Fourth year in a row.

Zambrero, the quick service Mexican restaurant franchise with a humanitarian focus, makes the BRW Fast 100 list for the fourth consecutive year yesterday.

“Zambrero’s continual success is driven by our mission to provide both good food as well as food that does good,” said General Manager Karim Messih. “We’re opening at the rate of one restaurant a week and plan to expand from 57 to 300 restaurants over the next seven years and to continue our international expansion.”

Zambrero opened its first overseas restaurant in July this year in Bangkok, with five more opening there by early 2015, and the first of six New Zealand restaurants will open this November. In the pipeline for next year are the US, the Middle East and India, and then Zambrero will turn its focus to China.
