Uber Eats launches in-restaurant dining deals in Sydney
To mark the launch, Uber Eats will be hosting a one-night event on 8 August in Darlinghurst.
Uber Eats has expanded its services in Australia with the launch of "Dine Out," a new feature offering users access to discounted in-restaurant dining at various Sydney venues through the app.
To mark the launch, Uber Eats is hosting a one-night event called House of Eats on 8 August in Darlinghurst.
The pop-up dinner will feature a four-course menu curated by chef Danielle Alvarez and include dishes from several Sydney restaurants partnered with the new program, such as Catalina, Fabbrica, and Mary’s.
Dishes include a caviar-topped version of Mary’s fried chicken, an updated cacio e pepe with bottarga from Fabbrica, and Catalina’s take on fish and chips.
Dessert is Alvarez’s take on the Aussie pavlova with sorrel sorbet, rhubarb, and yoghurt mousse.
Guests will also be served with drinks provided by the local wine shop and bar P&V.
Entry to the event is free, but seats are limited. Pairs of tickets will be available from 9 a.m. AEST on 29 July, via Humanitix.
The dinner will take place at Rainbow Studios, with two sittings at 5 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
