Fratelli Fresh reveals brand new menu for February

All seven locations across Sydney will treat guests to two-for-one pizzas on the 9th.

Fresh pasta creations and a new happy hour deal are amongst the new additions to Fratelli Fresh's month-long line-up this February.

The fast casual chain's happy hour menu features Italian appetisers and a selection of drinks, spritzes and cocktails such as negronis, espresso martinis, and Aperol spritzes.

Their revamped food menu features five hand-made pasta dishes featuring seasonal produce sprinkled with aromatic herbs. Some of the offerings include spaghetti alla norma with burrata, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil, and hand-cut pappardelle with Swiss Brown mushrooms, crispy pancetta, parsley and roast eschallots.

Fratelli Fresh also brought back their Long Table series, featuring different Italian provinces with an exquisite, four-course lunch each month. Their Darling Harbour started the first series last 2 February.

The chain is also celebrating World Pizza Day by treating guests to two-for-one pizzas in all seven Fratelli locations across Sydney on Saturday, 9 February.
