Fishbowl to launch first outlet in Western Sydney
The chain now has over 20 locations.
Salad chain Fishbowl announced it is launching its first outlet in Western Sydney.
The store will be located in Walker Corporation’s $3.2 billion development of Parramatta Square, and expects to reach thousands of people using the pedestrian train link in the area.
The chain, which specialises in made-to-order salads with a Japanese twist, opened their first store in Bondi Beach in 2016. They have since expanded to 24 locations.
The opening will see the chain give away its first 100 bowls for free.
