Belles Hot Chicken announces ‘Rulers of The Roost' chef series

Kicking off on July 29, the series will feature guest chefs who will create their unique takes on Belles’ classic chicken.

Belles Hot Chicken announced the launch of its inaugural guest chef series: the Rulers of The Roost.

Set to start on July 29, the event is a rotating guest chef series which sees founder and head chef Morgan McGlone invite industry-leading chefs to put their unique take on Belles’ classic hot chicken.

The lineup so far includes Shik’s Peter Jo, Icebergs’ Monty Koludrovic and Smith & Daughters’ Shannon Martinez with more expected to be (Smith & Daughters) with more to be announced in the coming weeks.

The series, which will alternate across the Sydney and Melbourne Belles Hot Chicken venues, will see Morgan and the guest chef collaborating to create a one off, event only menu. The created hot chicken dish, a side and a cocktail will only be available on the day of the Rulers of the Roost event.
