The Bavarian to open new site in Charlestown
The fast casual chain will give away 500 free hotdogs on opening day.
The Bavarian is set to open its doors at Charlestown Square shopping centre on 13 March.
Located in the South Piazza dining precinct on the first level of the shopping centre, The Bavarian Charlestown has 330 seats, including outdoor seating for 100 guests.
The upcoming outlet is Rockpool Dining Group’s 26th Bavarian restaurant, and 14th in NSW, including The Bavarians at Bondi Beach, Castle Hill, Chatswood, among others.
“Our Bavarian restaurants have a large and loyal following in NSW and we’re thrilled to be bringing our first daily deal packed destination to one of the region’s largest shopping centres,” Rockpool Dining Group Chief Executive Officer Thomas Pash said, adding that the new outlet created 45 full-time and casual positions.
