The Bavarian to debut at Wetherill Park and Shellharbour

Both outlets are slated on open this week.

The Bavarian's signature crackling pork knuckle, plate-sized schnitzels and sausage platters are coming to Wetherill Park and Shellharbour.

The upcoming site at Wetherill Park boasts over 300 seats, including outdoor seating for 100 guests whilst the Shellharbour outlet will have 575 seats, 200 of which are outdoors.

The Wetherill Park and Shellharbour sites are Rockpool Dining Group's 12th and 13th Bavarian restaurants, respectively, in New South Wales, alongside The Bavarians at Bondi Beach, Chatswood, Castle Hill, Entertainment Quarter, Rouse Hill, Penrith, Manly, Miranda and World Square, The Bavarian Beerhaus in the CBD and Munich Brauhaus in The Rocks.

Overall, Rockpool Dining Group now has 25 Bavarian restaurants in Australia.
