"QSRs will showcase [sustainable] sourcing because it's in their interest...chains need to tap into that whole psyche of getting the farmer onboard," Sandhurst Fine Foods CEO Mimmo Lubrano tells QSR Media.
His answer comes amid chains showcasing the origins of the ingredients they use due to growing consumer interest in provenance.
