The Australian consumer has a wide variety of choices, with many players competing in a relatively small market. This means we all need to be good at what we do, or we won’t survive.

Be clear on what makes you stand out from others in areas that are important to the customer, and ensure you are consistent in delivery.

How important is innovation in maintaining competitiveness in the QSR industry, and what innovative approaches have you adopted in your business?

It is very important, both in terms of keeping up with trends and shifting customer needs, but also to manage returns in an environment where the cost of doing business is constantly increasing.
